  Acquired Sales Permission for the United States.

  Main Plant was established in Ginan-cho, Gifu Prefecture, Japan

  Permitted to carry the JIS (Japan Industrial Standards) for automobile brake fluid 1,2

• Jul. 1966

  Permitted to carry the JIS for antifreeze.

• Dec. 1974

  Hiroshima Plant was established in Higashi Hiroshima city, Hiroshima Prefecture

• Oct. 1976

  The second building was constructed at the Main Plant in Ginan-cho, Gifu Prefecture, Japan

• Sep. 1977

  The Head Office was relocated to 7-148 Hakken, Ginan-cho, Hashima-gun, Gifu Prefecture, Japan

• Jun. 1979

  Saitama Plant was established in Higashi Matsuyama Industrial Park, Saitama Prefecture, Japan

• Dec. 1980

  A Local Subsidiary was established in the US.

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Taiwan.

  The Main Plant and the Technology Institute were relocated to Seki Industrial Park, Gifu Prefecture, Japan

  The company name was changed from Chuo Chemical Industries Corporation to CCI Corporation.

  A resin molding plant was established in Seki Industrial Park, Gifu, Japan

  U.K. Branch was opened.

• Jan. 1993

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Thailand.

  Sakahogi Plant was established in Kamo-gun, Gifu Prefecture, Japan

• Feb. 1994

  Minokamo Plant was established in Minokamo city, Gifu Prefecture, Japan

• Dec. 1996

  The Head Office was relocated to 12-banch, Shinhasama, Seki city, Gifu Prefecture, Japan

• Apr. 1997

  ISO9001 certification was obtained for the Seki Plant in the Chemical Products Division (Car Chemical Business Group・Division).

• Mar. 2001

  ISO14001 certification was obtained for the Seki Office.

• Aug. 2002

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Kunshan, Jiangsu, China.

• Apr. 2003

  ISO14001 and ISO9001 certifications were obtained for the Hiroshima Plant and the Saitama Plant.

• Jan. 2005

  The U.K. Branch was incorporated as CCI Corporation UK Limited.

  Mar.

  ISO14001 certification was obtained for the Sakahogi Plant.

  Sep.

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Foshan, Guangdong, China.

• Mar. 2006

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Hong Kong, China.

  Sep.

  Obtained the new JIS mark system certification for non-mineral brake oil.

  Oct.

  Obtained the new JIS mark system certification for antifreeze liquid.

  Nov.

  The Second Saitama Plant was established.

  Affiliated Shimoda-Ecotech Co.,Ltd.

• Aug. 2010

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Mexico.

  Sep.

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Brazil.

• Apr. 2013

  CCI HOLDINGS INC. was established.

  Nov.

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Nantong, Jiangsu, China.

• Jan. 2014

  CCI BUSINESS SERVICE INC. was established.

• Jul. 2017

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Germany.

• Apr. 2018

  ISO14001 certification was obtained for the Saitama No. 2 Plant.

• Sep. 2019

  The U.K. Branch was closed as a result of a restructuring of the European operating bases.

• Mar. 2020

  ISO45001 certifications were obtained for the Seki Office, the Sakahogi Plant, the Minokamo Plant, the Saitama No.2 Plant, the Hiroshima Plant and the Saitama Plant.

• April. 2021

  ISO9001 certifications were obtained for the Seki Office(Residential Construction Materials Division), the Minokamo Plant(Car Chemical Business Group・Division), and the Saitama No.2 Plant（Residential Construction Materials Division）, and the Sakahogi Plant(Industrial Tires Division).

  A Local Subsidiary was established in Shanghai, China.
