Notice Regarding Acquisition of Shares of Japan Chemical Industries Co., Ltd.
CCI Holdings Inc. announces that it has acquired all of the shares of Japan Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. (813 Yoshikawa, Shimizuku, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture) and made it a group company as of August 31, 2023.
Japan Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. has established a business base for the global supply of car chemical products such as engine coolants and fuel additives, and has high technological capabilities for next-generation automotive chemicals such as engine coolants for EVs and FCVs.
Japan Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. and CCI Corporation will combine their management resources and strengths to contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of automobile manufacturers.
